Our food parcels are provided to individuals and families facing financial hardship. This includes single mothers, recently released prisoners, refugees, and others struggling to cope with the rising cost of living.
Every week, we provide emergency food parcels to individuals and families in need. Whether facing unexpected hardship, unemployment, or homelessness, this service ensures that no one in our community goes hungry.
What’s in a Typical Food Parcel?
Each parcel contains a variety of non-perishable items, including:
🥫 Canned goods (soups, baked beans, vegetables, fruits, tuna)
🥛 Long-life milk
🍚 Rice and pasta
🍝 Pasta sauces
☕ Sugar, tea bags, coffee, and cordial
🧂 Vegemite, peanut butter, and pickled items
🍪 Packet soups and biscuits
Essential Toiletries Also Included (as needed):
🧼 Soap, toothpaste, and toothbrushes
🧴 Shampoo and talcum powder
🪒 Shaving cream and razors
💗 Lotions and women’s hygiene products
